Every once in awhile a game or app might experience a glitch or freeze up. But, there’s no reason to let that delay your fun for too long. If You’re On A Computer:

2. If that does not work, clear your Adobe Flash Player cache.
3. You may also require an update to your Flash Player software. To download the latest free version, please visit the Adobe website.
4. Disable any third party plug-ins.
5. If these steps do not correct the problem, try using a different web browser, like Internet Explorer, Firebox or Google Chrome.
If You’re On A Mobile Device:
1. First, try to clear your cookies and cache.
2. If that does not work, restart your device by turning it all the way off and back on again.
3. If it is still not working, download a different free web browser from the app store and try again.
